Iron Silk to Waxed Paper
The silk used is of the highest quality and, as you can imagine, it would be impossible to feed the silk directly into most printers. This is where the waxed paper comes in. When the Silk is ironed onto the waxed paper, the Silk adheres temporarily to the wax & the Silk-waxed paper combination then becomes stiff enough to feed into the thick-paper feed of most printers.
